I was wondering if the Bolle Attacker Goggles are good for $36 at Botach Tactical http://www.botachtactical.com/bolatgog.html and if there is a cheaper price. Also how good are these? I would also have a paintball mask like I do now, but I wanted some sort of goggles for using my scoped m40a1, since the pb mask obviously doesnt work, but I didnt want to spend a lot of money, also please hold off on the French jokes until I get a few opinions, then let em rip! :D

In my opinion, the JT Spectras with the themal lenses are the best. I have fogged up Bolle goggles in 2 minutes of play, and while I really liked the secure fit, and feeling of absolute safety the Bolle's gave, they fogged badly. I have never had my JT Spectras fog, not even close. I bought mine from a local Paintball store, and they come with the whole facemask/visor thing, which I easily removed. You can find them all over for about $45

Another point, I have an ACOG on my M4, and the eye relief of the scope requires me to get almost right up against it, I can do so without any problems using the JT Spectras, I'll guess the reliefe on your sniper scope is much better than my ACOG, so I'd see no reason the JT's wouldn't work for you.

I can second the JT Spectras. Got mine from www.paintballpx.com and it was great service, although they messed my order up, they got it fixed within 2 days it was already back to them and my actual mask on the way.

YOu may also want to look into the VForce masks, and Morph masks. I believe JT makes the Morph, and Vforce are made by their own company. Though, they can get a bit pricey.

if you want some pictuers of me using my JT's just ask, or go check out my website, but it may take time to see them. The nice thing is, they come with a full face mask which you can take off if needbe, which I have done for my current setup.

The only *****ing to be done about Spectra's, is the time and pain into taking the lenses out to clean. Ive only done it once, but you had better have nails, beacuse a screwdriver will simply scratch and prob bust the lense, and some strong fingers.

Just a little correction in your post ArmyHummer: V-Force is a company, and they make the Morphs. You can get a good pair off ebay for $60. I get paid today...i think im gonna order mine :)

Hmm, I think I will get the Spectra and take off the goggles. Before I do this, could I do the same thing with the JT nVader which I currently have now? Im not sure if I have the Thermal version or not. Well, if I got the spectra is it easy to take off the goggles and then re attache them? (I.E. goggles for sniping, 10 minutes later in a GBB war or something I want a full face mask... )

The Spectra are much, much easier to convert from goggles to mask. You really only have to pop in a handful of pins into the ventilations holes on the goggles are you're ready to rock. I would recommend the Spectra over the nVader any day.
