Yesterday, when i got home from work. I added a bore-up kit to my M15 because a few weeks ago my cylinder head broke. So i decided to just get a bore-up kit. Well for a little while it shot fine then BamM! it died. It was shooting but no air was come out. So i re-opened the GB and the o-ring had been pushed back off the head. So i fixed it, then when i took it out this morning to make sure everything was working right, it did it again. Same thing shooting but no air, i can pretty much say its either just the o-ring, or maybe the piston is going back to far at the ring catches on the back of the cylinder causing the ring to come off. I don't know. Can i have some advice?
thanks -doug-

quick update. i just re-opened it again and i can confirm it is the o-ring. When i put it back on the piston head it seems bigger then what i should be when it falls to one side it has a gap at least 1 1/2 cm long. Should i try and grease something up? i dont have any specific grease what would be something i could use?

It is most likely a lubrication problem.
Team Losi RC car shock oil is the best solution. Get some in a heavy weight.

Use anything higher than a 40 weight oil. I use 60 weight and it holds up well.

ok thanks. but yeah it deffently is the o-ring. Plus on the piston head just to make sure i have it right the the 2 washers and bearing are spose to go inside the Piston correct?

Yea, I've been noticing that on the field more with people who have the bore up upgrades. I've seen the o-ring actually severed or shredded due to lack of/or no lubrication. Especially if you have a systema bore-up (you'll notice the ribbed-for-her pleasure style of the cylinder)...this can wear the o-ring down very fast if not lubed.
