Crye Multicam on Film

If anyone has seen the new Transformers movie you would have noticed the on screen appearence of Crye Multicam. Advance combat pants, shirt, and the whole nine yards. Only for a moment do they trade out their multicam for ACU's but as soon as the action picks up, "boom" back into the multicam.

I thought I saw Multicam in either Live Free or Die Hard or Deja Vu... or might be imagining things. :)

I about yelled "MULTICAM!" in the middle of the theater... but assumed that would draw strange looks from my date.

So I just choked on my root beer and yelled "CAMARO!" at the appearance of the '09 concept, instead. :D

And I believe at one point in the movie, you hear someone address the squad as Rangers.

Edit: In response to Loc, above. In Live Free or Die Hard, the only thing I noticed was ACU... I don't remember ever seeing multi.

Live Free or Die Hard and Deja Vu, neither had MC.

I was basically thinking the entire movie was a large commercial for the Air Force and GMC....but it was completely fine

Yeah, I was excited to see them using multicam. It was the crappy special effects that upset me. With a budget like that, you think they would have made Optimus Prime look more realistic. (JOKE ALERT! Please see picture below)

I thought in the background of Live Free or Die hard there were soldiers wearing MC, or maybe that was just desert. All my friends get ticked at me since I can name almost all the guns in movies thanks to airsoft.

I liked the G36 C's that the hackers used. Very cool.

Short and simple of it... Live Free or Die Hard sucked hard and should have been free. And sadly everyone I see around the theater is going bug nuts over it, saying how 1337 awesome it is, w00t he kill chopper wit car! =/ I could have up and left the theater when I saw that...

And then there's Transformers, which was a down right amazing movie. No, it isn't the next Star Wars, but what is? I've heard too many people say the special effects sucked, they didn't like the acting, they didn't like the story, it was too unrealistic. And then they LOVED Live Free!? :rolleyes: Transformers scores a solid 9/10 stars in my, and my date's book. Why not 10 stars? We didn't like Megan Fox as Mikaela. And, to the people who say it was a shameless plug for GMC, I've only got one thing to say. Who was one of the most bad *** Transformers in the movie? Who was the second hottest car next to Bumble Bee? Barricade. Anyone know what he was? :D A Saleen-FORD.

Live Free or Die Hard was so over the top it was pure awesomeness. If you didn't like that movie I would have to seriously question your manliness.

I can recommend it 100%, probably the best one of the Die Hard series.

Whichever movie I thought I saw MC in, it was in the background, each shot was very brief so it was hard to be sure.
