If you want to see the comments people are posting to you (which directly affects your reputation, or "rep"), first go to the secondary navigation bar at the top of the screen. This is the silver navigation bar, not the green one.
The first link is "User CP." Click on this.
At the bottom of the screen, you should find a bar that says "Latest Reputation Received".
There you can find whether the comment was disapproving or approving (by red or green blocks), the thread which garnered you your reputation, the time the comment was made, and what the moderating community-member's comments were.
IF YOU DO NOT FIND A BAR AT THE BOTTOM OF YOUR USER CP SCREEN, IT IS BECAUSE NONE OF YOUR POSTS HAVE BEEN APPROVED OR DISAPPROVED.
If you believe that a person or particular group of people are intentionally disapproving of your posts for a reason other than poor post quality or character, please contact a moderator. Moderators will look into the situation and act upon your complaint at their own discretion.
