Ca Mag Clamp

Hey,
I just bought the Classic Army Mag Clamp that can hold a G3, M4, AK, and FAMAS. I have an AK and I set it to the right settings but I can't get the lever to push all the way down to lock it in place. Is there a secret to getting it to lock because I don't want to push it so hard that it breaks. THANX

I have that same clamp and I had to set mine to the next size up to fit my AK. It still was vary tight, but worked. My only problem now is that the mag in the mag well is a little loose and with the clamped mag’s weight tends to hang crooked. I really don’t like that!
