With the connectors, does that mean their is a constant gas connection so you don't have to keep refilling the gas in the mag?

Yes that's correct. It's the *same* as using a CO2 type rig for a classic airsoft replica. Constant gas feed....makes better reliability and constant gas pressure. Of course Green Gas will not have the same stability that CO2, HPA, or Nitro will, but the external system will give better performance than the standard in mag gas tank.
