Date: September 29th-October 1st

Location: Georgetown field @ Dawsonville, Georgia

Price:
1) Member Rate: $50
2) Non-Member: $65



This event will be a mixture of light milsim and ridiculous gametypes such as Capture the Badger and OPERATION: Heavy Sack. No wrong thoughts please.

We are only allowing two Non-members to attend per member. This means that if you are not a member and don't want to sign up to save yourself fifteen bucks, then you must attend with a registered member to be able to play.


Here is a very very loose schedule for the event. This is subject to change.



This is all on East Coast Time:

Arrival:
5:00pm-8:00pm Friday (sep. 29th) night

Lights out
10:00pm-11:00pm Friday night


Wake up:
7:00am-8:00am Saturday morning

Briefing/saftey check

Games begin around 9:00am-10:00am

Lunch at 12:00pm for one hour (lunch will be provided as part of the fee)

Games resume

Dinner between @ 5:00pm. Go out to eat.

Games resume at 8:00pm

End games @ 12:00am, possilby later.

Sleep time

Wake up, same as above

Breakfast, possibly provided through fee. Plan on paying for restaurant food.

One last game (?)

Raffle

Contests (possibly)

12:00pm, pack up and go home. (anyone that wants to stay and help clean up is welcome. Possible compensation for services)

Thats the basic outline. Things will change, so don't count on everything being 100% accurate. Events and times may be moved around to accomadate other things.

We will be camping, so you will need to bring anything you want to camp such as tents, flash lights, sleeping bags, MREs if you get hungry....etc


Vendors and Sponsors will be announced soon. We already have some, but we are working on a final list. Big names people.

We will also be accepting Pre-Registrations via PayPal soon too, so stay tuned.
