I've got an ICS MP5 A4, and I've just upgraded the spring, so I need a stronger battery (9.6v instead of 8.4v). I'm looking at new batteries, and I found a few that I want your input on. Which of the following do you think I should get?
1. http://www.evike.com/Merchant2/merchant.mvc?Screen=PROD&Store_Code=W&Product_Code=BATTERY_96V_3000&Category_Code=Battery_LargeType
2. http://www.evike.com/Merchant2/merchant.mvc?Screen=PROD&Store_Code=W&Product_Code=BATTERY_019&Category_Code=Battery_LargeType
3. http://www.evike.com/Merchant2/merchant.mvc?Screen=PROD&Store_Code=W&Product_Code=Battery_030&Category_Code=Battery_LargeType

It is up to you. Are you looking for a battery that will last an entire weekend or just a day? Do you want NiCD or NiMH?
Also just a heads up, Evike is not a good site to order from. It is in close relation to Airsplat (which isn't a good thing because Airsplat received an F rating from the BBB) in terms of customer service and actually getting the order to you on time :).

I heard for a stock AEG that every Mah is worth about 2 shoots, so for say a 1800MaH Bat. would last about 3600 shoots. I could be worng tho

1MAh is equivalent to about 1 shot in a stock AEG, so you can expect to get around 1800 shots out of a battery with 1800MAh, and it would be eqivalent to about a day's worth or more of shooting. 3000-3300MAh batteries you can expect to last for an entire weekend.

Ah... gotcha. How long do these types of batteries take to charge? Chances are, I'd be able to charge them daily.

it completely depends on what charger you use.

Will I need a new charger for a new battery? (A stronger charger?)

Oh wait, never mind.
So, as I'll be able to charge the battery daily, mah is not an issue. Which of the 3 battery types (the 3 I posted earlier) do you think I should get?

i would go with a 3300, but they do cost more...

While I do not recommend you purchase the batteries from Evike, the first two batteries-3000MAh & 3300MAh-seem to be the best choice. I also looked further into both batteries and noticed that they are both NiMH, which means that you can not charge them on your standard 4 hour "quick charger." I suggest that you purchase a charger like this:

It can charge both NiCD and NiMH batteries and will do it much faster than your average 4 hour wall charger.
